Marc Priestley

The Professional Handyman Company was born when Marc Priestley took the decision to leave his comfortable, 'employee status' as a handyman, branch out on his own and start a new venture, and adventure, in property repair, maintenance and decoration.  
Earlier in his life and for many years Marc worked in a very different field, as part of the McLaren Formula One Racing Team and the discipline and meticulous attention to detail prevalent in that industry are two things he now has instilled in his daily routine and, as a result, form two of our company values.
The third value and one of the main driving forces behind the new venture, is a new standard of customer service, which Marc felt was sadly lacking from some of the other handyman companies he had worked with in the past.

• At the Professional Handyman Company we just don't get why customers should have to take time off work to stay home for an appointment, so that's why we'll come out of hours or at the weekend if you need us to, at no extra cost!
• We are committed to arriving when we say we will and should there be any unforseen reason why we are unable to get there on time, even if it's only 5 minutes, we promise to give you a ring and let you know as soon as possible.
• We offer to show you how we do certain jobs if you would like to learn, so maybe next time you won't need us, again at no extra cost.
• If you're a keen DIYer but would simply like to call and check something or ask a bit of advice, give us a ring, we won't judge you, we won't laugh and of course, we won't charge you.

After recently moving from London to the Hampshire village of Hartley Wintney, Marc has brought the company with him and is working hard to spread the word around the newly covered areas of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.
